
Shakira
Shakira is a graduating student of the BA (Hons) Fashion Media and Industry programme, with a strong interest in creative direction, styling, graphic design and visual storytelling. Her work often explores themes of emotion, identity and personal growth through fashion-led visuals, publication design and campaign concepts. Alongside her studies, she works as a brand and creative designer, with additional experience in visual merchandising and social media event management. She is also experienced in marketing, where she has assisted with content planning, visual design, livestream preparation, campaign materials and brand communication. This experience has strengthened her understanding of how creative ideas are translated into real commercial outputs, from social media content to event collaterals and customer-facing visuals. As a creative, she enjoys developing concepts from moodboards to final visuals, paying close attention to colour, layout, styling and overall atmosphere. She sees herself as someone who can balance both creative thinking and practical execution, whether it is for a fashion editorial, brand campaign, publication or digital content.
