Viola Veronika is a fashion designer and creative pattern cutter specialising in draping as a primary method of construction. She works directly on the body to develop garments through fabric manipulation, with a focus on shaping volume, asymmetry, and form in three dimensional space. Her strengths lie in pleating, experimental draping and developing sculptural silhouettes that balance structure and movement. Alongside hands-on construction, she is proficient in digital tools, including the Adobe Suite, for design development, technical flat and technical pack creation, supporting the translation of concepts into production-ready garments.

Misfold by Tether embraces imperfection through the construction principle of displacement, shaping soft, asymmetrical volumes that are disrupted by controlled tension lines. The collection responds to the fashion industry’s pressure for perfection and constant newness, which contributes to overproduction and disposability. Through less-waste draping and corset-inspired tension systems, the garments challenge this cycle by embracing irregularity, restraint and change. Each piece is designed not as a fixed form, but as an evolving structure that shifts with the wearer reframing imperfection as a form of continuity rather than flaw.
