Denise Chong is a Set Designer and Creative Producer who aims to incorporate fantasy and illusions of reality drawn from art into fashion media through showcasing a variety of works in her portfolio.

The shoot titled ‘You Will Live To Tell The Tale’ is a visual reimagination of 4 greek mythologies in 8 AD Latin narrative poem, Metamorphoses by Roman Poet Ovid. The poem comprises of 15 books featuring The Divine Comedy, The Avenging Gods, The Pathos of Love and Rome and the Deified Ruler with themes of love, violence, in particularly the power balance between the hunter and the hunted. These 4 mythologies selected include Tereus' rape of Philomela, Pan and Syrinx, Apollo and Daphne and Arachne’s transformation into a spider.
