It aims to destigmatise mental health and trauma by encouraging more conversations about this topic so people can understand how it is so easy for victims to get sucked into these horrible situations again and again instead of blaming them for staying. It seeks to also bring inspiration, awareness and reflection to anyone who might feel overwhelmed by the past, while finding people with shared experiences who want to practice self-care and healing to improve their emotional well-being.
