Pauline Nathalie Hadiputri

Indonesia

Pauline is a final year BA Fashion Design and Textile student in Lasalle College of the Arts, specializing in Pattern cutting and tailoring. Her works often focuses on exploring techniques to create new silhouette. As a designer, she mostly take inspiration from daily life and interpret them in a minimalist approach.

Pauline's design statement is creating garments that offer comfort to the wearer and are an all-time fashion staple. It also allows the wearer to mix and match the different pieces.

The lockdown from COVID-19 has inspired the collection due to which people tend to stay at home. Therefore, each garment is designed to provide comfort for the wearer as each of them is specially designed for a particular position that we often execute at home.

A sustainable approach is also a big part of this collection as all the paddings in the garments are filled up with “ kapok”, which are considered local natural fibres.

Elevated loungewear with organic paddings.
