WHIRL is a wearable design project focused on tactility, self-expression, and the needs of neurodivergent individuals. Developed as a final-year project, it challenges conventional accessory design by incorporating interactive textures and fidget elements that offer both aesthetic and functional benefits.

The project explores how sensory engagement can improve everyday wearables, particularly for those seeking tactile stimulation for focus, comfort, or creative expression. Through research, prototyping, and user testing, WHIRL presents accessories that are visually striking and physically engaging.

WHIRL also includes PLAYGROUND, a platform promoting collaboration, events, and workshops focused on sensory design.

WHIRL reimagines wearable design with tactile, interactive elements, addressing neurodivergent sensory needs while fostering self-expression.
